The Time Diet: Tips to Avoid Time Nibblers in Your Day

Hey—we’re all very busy, and only getting busier. More than ever before, you need to save time: To take more control of your day.

One way is to identify those annoying little things that eat away at your time, and do something about it. Here’s #1:

Unsubscribe. Yes—get rid of that constant clutter in your inbox: Those incessant updates that drive you crazy. Only keep the ones that interest you, and give the rest the heave-ho.

Some sites are a pain in the butt to opt out of, but don’t give up! Often, you need to take a step back to go forward. So sign in, then get out! Unsubscribe 2-3 times a day, and voila! You’re free!
