I saw this cartoon and had to laugh, and then had share! How many of us think like this? I know I’ve been there, done that.
How many of you reading this think that worry = control?
Well—it doesn’t. Worry = anxiety.
So—let go! Give yourself a break from worry this weekend. Shut off devices, get outside, and do something fun! Don’t rob yourself of joy today by worrying about tomorrow.
