30-second cure for anxiety

Yesterday, I had one of those crazy days where nothing seemed to go right. It felt like everything I touched turned sour!

I’m sure you know what I’m talking about.

When I felt like I was about to have one nasty panic attack, I thought of something that could calm me down: watching relaxing videos on youtube.

Within seconds, I found delight while staring at colorful fish swimming slowly around a beautiful aquarium. I enjoyed it so much, this morning I found “The Best Fireplace Video,” and was mesmerized by the crackling wood and leaping flames. It was such a relaxing way to start the day.

The effect of these kinds of videos is so calming, it only takes a few seconds to feel your pulse rate slow and your peace of mind rise.
