It’s Sunday. A day of rest.

So, today, make sure you take time off.

Time off from feeling guilty.

Time off from thinking you never do enough.

Time off from worrying.

Time off from hurrying.

Use all that free time to enjoy yourself! Really enjoy yourself!

After all, who deserves it more than you?
