Instead of being obsessed and fearful about tomorrow, focus on what you can do today.

Instead of spinning out of control in your head, and not getting anywhere, focus on what you can do today.

Focus on what you need to know.

Focus on who can help you.

Focus on how you need to be organized.

And then, focus on the next step you need to take to move yourself forward.

Because, right now, you only have today.

And what you do today will help tomorrow.
